I have been quiet for a long time because Network is a problem in  Ngwavuma where i reside, Today i want to share my insights on Depression and spirituality and as i have stressed previously that i am also a depression conqueror so i wanna get deep about how i survived my depression. Let me start by welcoming you all to my new blog this is going to be an amazing journey of love, healing, finding peace within. Creating a blogg is something I've always wanted to do but I couldn't dew to my busy schedule at the university. As a student it not easy to venture into your hobbies because assignments and test are the order of the day. Depression is a dangerous illness that is often ignored in higher institutions but it kills many people.
