  • problems at school or at work
  • illness
  • death of a loved one
  • moving
  • relationship problems.

common symptoms of situational depression include

  • sadness
  • hopelessnes
  • lack of enjoyment in normal activities
  • regular crying
  • constant worrying or feeling anxious or stressed out
  • sleeping difficulties
as an individual I have lost many people in my family I think that triggered my funks, I lost my father at a very young age, at that time it was difficult for me to understand what was happening, I grew up
and nothing was wrong until I became a teenage girl, i started missing my father immensely i was doing grade 12 at that period in my life, a feeling of sadness that never went away started popping in my mind with the help of God I overcame that feeling time went on.

in 2017 my elder brother fell ill and died in may same year. I couldn't deal with that it was just too much for me, as if that was not enough 26 January  2019  my younger sister who was my everything passed on, and i became very depressed it was impossible for me to cope in school.. ihope you find healing as you read through my stories.

Let continue in the next post...

    3. Yea it happens all the time, but if you come across such situation, you can seek professional help, because they understand the importance of confidentiality, we live in a strange world, abant abananembeza, you can also remain anonymous so that your peers wont see it you.. but i encourage everyone whose reading this right now to seek help, talk to anyone... most people keep diaries it helps them to note everything down and it does help to relieve anger..
Thank you so much Ayanda for this perspective..
