What is Anxiety ?

Anxiety is your body natural response to stress, it a feeling of fear or apprehension about what to come, for axample the first day at school, going to a job interview, or giving a speech 

But if the feeling of anxiety is extreme, last longer than six months and is interfering with your life , you may have anxiety disorder 

Types of anxiety disorders

Panic 
Phobia
Social anxiety disorder
Separation anxiety disorder
Illness anxiety disorder
Post traumatic stress disorder (psd)

Symptoms of general anxiety 

Increased heart rate 
Rapid breathing 
Rentlessness 
Trouble concentrating 
Difficulty falling asleep 

Medication and therapy are commonly used to to treat anxiety, lifestyle changes like getting enough sleep.
Food you can try to reduce anxiety includes
Salmon
Chamomile
Turmeric
Dark chocolate 
Yoghurt
Green tea 

If you experience any of the signs listed above you might be suffering from anxiety and you need to  see a Therapist as soon as possible or talk to anyone you can trust
